Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to become Michiana's leading high speed internet services provider. We are striving be become your first choice for broadband internet services when you are looking for speed, quality service, reliability and affordability. To accomplish this we as a company are making some changes.
First is our network - We are committed to providing our customer the most reliable services that is possible. To do this we are investing $100,000 over the next year to expand and advance our existing network. We will start by upgrading all our existing network infrastructure, which is happening right now. Our current network is being switch out and upgraded to the latest wireless technology from Motorola, utilizing GPS technology to help deliver todays most reliable connection.
Backbone Connectivity - This is our connection to the Internet. Now upgraded to Gigabit fiber connectivity (Thats 1,000,000,000 bits per second).
Expansions - We will be expanding our current coverage areas to enable service to locations that can not get service now. If you are in an area that needs coverage, please contact us and let us know. We will evaluate your area to see how we can bring you and your area service.
More frequent relay/tower locations - Part of the expansion will be adding more relay/tower locations closer to our customer base. This will help strengthen signal level to those that might other wise have marginal levels.
Next is affordability. Often people look into wireless broadband as last choice because of the entry cost. With most wireless providers charging $100, $200 or more just in install fee's, plus your first month of service, entry costs were typically high.
